Sean Robson MC is a seasoned Facilities Management (FM) professional with extensive experience in delivering strategic, operational, and transformational leadership across diverse built environments. As Business Director at Oxford Road Campus for Sodexo, Sean plays a pivotal role in optimising FM operations, enhancing service delivery, and driving innovation in workplace and estate management.

With a deep understanding of integrated facilities services, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency, Sean has successfully led large-scale projects that improve service quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. His expertise spans hard and soft FM services, contract management, compliance, and workplace experience, ensuring that facilities support business objectives while enhancing user satisfaction.

I am an experienced Facilities Management professional with a passion for innovation and a specific interest in the development of teams and the success of young people in the sector. Recognised in 2019 by being awarded the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers Young FM Manager of the year, I am an active committee member of the Young Pattenmakers and the IWFM People Management SIG, as well as judging for the 2019 IWFM annual awards. 

I have worked in FM for nearly 10 years and have worked in a number of industries, including Education, Logistics and healthcare. I have recently joined Just Eat to head up the FM function in the UK.
