Overview

In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving workplace and facilities management (WFM) landscape, the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences cannot be overstated. Discover how UCAS has created and embedded IWFM Impact Award-winning customer experience at this online event hosted by the IWFM Customer Experience SIG.

The UCAS team will present their customer experience case study, followed by Q&A where the community can discover how the strategy worked, the outcomes and principles that can positively influence other organisations.

Following the Q&A session, a panel of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) experts will engage in a debate on the connection between CX and EX.
