Bringing members and guests together in the pursuit of sharing ideas and learning best practice in workplace and facilities management (FM) customer experience, the IWFM Customer Experience SIG’s summer networking event is being hosted by the awarding-winning team at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work.
The event will include an introduction from our hosts on their approach to guest experience, with a tour of the campus, followed by a panel discussion, refreshments, and an opportunity for networking.
