Calling all workplace specialists: shape the future of your profession

We invite workplace specialists to participate in IWFM’s 2024 Workplace Survey which aims to provide us with a updated understanding of the workplace discipline and how it is practised in organisations today.  
 
In this extension of our wider skills research programme, your insights and experiences in workplace are crucial to helping us: 

• Understand your responsibilities, the unique aspects of your role and the challenges you face. 

• Analyse your views and opinions on the profession, evolved perceptions of it and its current function and maturity within organisations. 

• Identify how we can better support and enhance you in your role and professional journey. 

This is a highly tailored survey, so we’re looking for insight from those who identify as workplace specialists only, and we encourage you to share the survey with your peers and colleagues in workplace roles.  

The survey is fully anonymised and will run between 11 July and 1 August. The data will be exclusively analysed in an aggregated fashion.  

This research, informed by IWFM insight and engagement with leading workplace practitioners, is key to delivering maximum value for you.
