Each year the International Special Interest Group (ISIG) brings together senior
thought leaders in the workplace and facilities management industry to debate a topic that has significant impact and relevance to the profession both in the UK and internationally.

This year representatives from academia, demand organisations, and suppliers, and consultants were invited to debate emerging skills to support the future of workplace and FM. The following is a resume of the discussion and outputs.
