Facilitate tackles ‘wellbeing washing’ and the future of hybrid working

How are you? That’s the question posed in Facilitate’s new July/August 2024 edition. The magazine enquires after the wellbeing of workplace and facilities management (WFM) professionals, querying what the community needs to do to optimally perform in what can be a mentally and physically demanding role. 

Additionally, Facilitate investigates the trend of ‘wellbeing washing’, questioning how organisations meaningfully support wellbeing instead of just paying it lip service - which can be to the detriment of employees’ wellbeing.
