Facilitate website highly commended at membership organisation awards

Facilitate’s website has been recognised by Memcom, the network for professional membership organisations, at its annual awards ceremony.

The site is produced by Redactive on behalf of the IWFM as part of the Facilitate suite of media products. It was highly commended by Memcom’s judges in the category of 'Best Website or App’.

Held at London’s Hilton Bankside hotel, the Memcom awards celebrate print and digital products developed on behalf of membership organisations from across the UK. Facilitate’s success in the best website category comes after extensive development of the site over the course of the last two years as workplace and facilities managers have increasingly turned to the title’s online content to keep up with developments in the sector.

Facilitate editor Martin Read said: ‘This latest recognition follows other recent Facilitate success in media awards schemes over the past three years and is something we’re very proud of.

‘We have a tremendous editorial team working tirelessly to report this fast evolving sector to IWFM’s membership, but what’s particularly gratifying about this award is that it also celebrates those of our colleagues in the digital and design department who work behind the scenes to code, craft and deploy the online tools we use. They thoroughly deserve the plaudits coming their way.

‘We’re also aware that, while highly commended, we need to be aiming for the top spot next year! We’re currently working on making the use of further Facilitate website functionality; far from resting on our laurels this recognition is spurring us on.’
