FM procurement is changing: help us shape the future

IWFM and NEC are working together to develop a new FM-specific contract aimed at promoting best practice in workplace and facilities management services procurement. This follows last year’s survey of sector professionals which found that existing forms of procurement contract do not reflect the diverse requirements of our sector. 

A detailed specification of the contract has now been developed. To ensure that it meets the needs of those engaged in workplace and facilities management procurement, IWFM and NEC invite you to participate in a collaborative workshop. 

We’ll use your feedback to help shape a new contract which is flexible, easy to use and suitable for procuring all workplace and facilities management services.

The workshop will take place on Monday, 11 February 2019 at etc Venues, Garfield House, 86-88 Edgware Road, London W2 2EA. 

There will be two sessions: 9.00am – 12.00pm and 2.00pm – 5.00pm, lunch is included for all participants and will be available at 12.15pm.
