As rapid technological advancements are redefining the nature of work, workplace and facilities management (WFM) professionals are challenged to adapt quickly and strategically. From artificial intelligence and automation to smart buildings and sustainability, the professionals and organisations that act on trends look set to prosper, enabling the sector to fulfil its lynchpin role.

On 21-22 October in London’s Canary Wharf, the FM Technology Forum brings together sector professionals to meet, learn and connect with suppliers offering WFM’s most innovative technology and services. Speaking at the event is our own Director of Membership & Partnerships, Jonathan Nobbs, on the topic of ‘The Future of FM and How to Navigate It.’

Speaking on the event, Jonathan said, ‘I’m immensely looking forward to engaging with professionals from across our sector at the event. By using the insight gained from IWFM’s surveys and extensive research into many of our sector’s key trends, I seek to provide the audience with IWFM’s expertise in professional development to help them navigate the future of FM.’
