Tuesday 8 April (12:00 - 12:30): Creating a Thriving Workplace: Supporting Veterans in FM for stronger wellbeing & culture 

Discover the untapped potential of veterans in WFM. Alistair Scott and Louisa Clarke from IWFM’s Veterans in FM Network will reveal how to cultivate a workplace culture that champions veteran wellbeing and inclusion, leading to stronger teams and a more resilient organisation. 

Tuesday 8 April (12:30 - 13:15): Outlook 2025: Advantage WFM? Insights from a business and economic perspective 

Get the edge on the competition. Jenny Thomas (IWFM), Simone Fenton-Jarvis (VPOD Smart Solutions & IWFM Non-Exec Director) and Ian Baker (IWFM Workspace SIG) will dissect the IWFM Market Outlook Survey, revealing critical trends and predictions that will shape the WFM landscape beyond 2025. 

Tuesday 8 April (13:30 – 14.15): Beyond the Surface: Unpacking Sustainability in Asset Management for a Greener Future

Thursday 10 April (10:30 - 11:15): IM and strategic asset management as the gateways to an optimised built environment 

Navigate the future with confidence. Gordon Mitchell (Wholus & IWFM Technology SIG Chair) and Sofie Hooper (IWFM) will unveil how information management and strategic asset management are crucial for optimising the built environment, especially in the age of AI and amidst costly Government estate maintenance backlogs. 

Thursday 10 April (11:45 - 12:15): Breaking Silos: Cross-Sector Collaborations for Circular and Social Value 

Be part of the solution. Andy Daly (Social Enterprise UK), Sofie Hooper (IWFM), John Kenny (CCS) and Michael Amos (Waste to Wonder) will explore how partnerships between public, private and social enterprise sectors can tackle global challenges like climate change and inequality.
