IWFM Impact Awards: entries open for the 25^th edition

This year marks the 25th edition of the IWFM Impact Awards and entries are now open.
For a quarter century, the Awards have been a key date in the workplace and facilities management (WFM) calendar, showcasing the very best in WFM, from groundbreaking sustainability initiatives and digital innovation to strategic leadership and impactful organisational change. Our 2023 event was recognised last year for industry-leading excellence.

What’s new?

IWFM is proud to introduce a new category, IWFM Armed Forces Veteran in FM. Marking 25 years of the Armed Forces Covenant, it celebrates veterans who have transitioned into WFM careers recognising the unique and highly valuable skillsets they bring to our sector.

While the Impact Awards celebrate exceptional organisations and teams, professionals from across the sector are invited to enter individual categories, showcasing personal achievements and impact. This year’s ceremony includes the IWFM Everyday Excellence award, updated from the previous Frontline Heroes award, to recognise the individual or team who regularly accomplish outstanding results in an understated way.

IWFM issues a powerful call to action in 2025: ‘achieve something great this year.’ The challenge encourages WFM professionals and organisations to push boundaries, embrace transformation and unlock unprecedented value. The results of this ambition will set new benchmarks that will be celebrated at future IWFM Impact Awards.

Save the date – it’s a Thursday!

As always, the ceremony at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London will offer invaluable opportunities for networking, socialising and sharing best practice. For the first time in its history, the Awards ceremony will take place on a Thursday night, so join us on Thursday 9 October to congratulate the winners in style.
