Recently, Michelle Connolly of the IWFM Veterans in FM Network seized the opportunity to sit down with Mitie CEO Phil Bentley to discuss all matters workplace and facilities management (WFM). Over the course of the conversation, Phil recounted his career beginnings and progress in WFM, key WFM trends like digital innovation and building efficiency, plus the importance of supporting and developing armed forces veterans in the sector.
