National Social Value Conference 2021
News
28 January 2021
Hosted by the Social Value Portal and with a central theme of ‘Recover, Rebuild, Renew’, the fourth annual National Social Value Conference will be held virtually on 23-24 February 2021.
The conference will explore how responsible and innovative businesses across all sectors can work together to support communities to recover, rebuild and renew following the coronavirus pandemic. Social value experts and practitioners from the public and private sectors will share good practice and innovative ideas about how to embed social value into the planning, commissioning, procurement and delivery of projects, solutions and services.
IWFM is one of the key conference partners and our Head of Policy, Sofie Hooper, will be hosting a panel discussion on the new FM Plug-In measurement framework at 12.45 on 24 February.
Workplace and FM professionals are uniquely placed to make a significant contribution to social value within organisations. IWFM has collaborated with the Social Value Portal and the National Social Value Taskforce to develop a new measurement framework for social value specifically for our sector which will enable professionals to maximise, measure and report on the social value they create through the delivery of their services.
