If a black tie dress code leaves you feeling more restricted than resplendent, put down the gown and leave the lapels because we’re doing things a little differently at this year’s IWFM Impact Awards ceremony on 17 October.

As the workplace and facilities management industry's most prestigious event, we know that a big part of the excitement for attendees is the chance to dress up and celebrate the best of our profession in style.

However, with the IWFM EDI project foremost in our minds, we’re also committed to finding opportunities to foster inclusivity, while still maintaining the sense of glamour befitting a special night at the enchanting JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.

This is why this year we have relaxed the black tie requirement.

‘Dress to impress’ at the IWFM Impact Awards 2022

While tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, they are not a requirement. Instead, we encourage people to ‘dress to impress’ as best reflects their personal identity.

This may include, but not be limited to, cultural dress, cocktail attire, lounge suit or business wear.

Above all, we welcome everyone to seize the opportunity to leave their remote working leisurewear at home and join us in person to celebrate the exemplars of our profession, network face-to-face, and enjoy a fun evening with colleagues and like-minded professionals.
