In today's ever-evolving economy, workplace and facilities management (WFM) remains the lynchpin in enhancing organisations, professionals and the planet. To that end, the profession needs up-to-date and actionable insights to inform strategies and actions, helping to prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.  

We’re proud to launch our Market Outlook Survey 2024 and invite professionals from across the sector to take part. To ensure we’ve produced the best survey questions possible, we’ve collaborated with industry experts and members of our volunteer groups, to glean major themes and granular queries. Our survey is nothing without your input; we encourage professionals to complete and share our survey to widen our pool of responses.

This survey is aimed at the UK market. For potential participants with head offices based outside the UK, we are working with our Regions to explore how we could deliver this exercise in our international Regions.

Lacking time or unsure of speaking publicly? Don’t worry, our Market Outlook Survey only takes 10-15 minutes to complete, is totally anonymised and is set to be published later this year. Our findings will be contextualised by members of our community and influence our larger policy agenda, so your feedback produces important insight which will help shape the profession.

That said, we’re not solely relying on our survey data. For the 2024 report, a fresh innovation is that we are linking the survey to wider ONS data sets, firmly rooting our research in wider trends, productivity and other need-to-know sector-based information. Additionally, we’ve revised the survey to ensure that all participants have an easier experience, while the results are designed to offer the most actionable results.
