Pinning it on Fellows

IWFM Fellows have reached the highest level of recognition due to their extensive experience, a positive professional influence and continued efforts in our community. We have recently created enamel pins for these achievers as a personal token and – we think –a tasteful identifier in networking endeavours.
We hope the pins will allow others to quickly recognise a Fellow member's status within IWFM at events to help facilitate introductions and help guide conversations. We also seek to help to build a sense of belonging to IWFM amongst Fellow members, plus inspire and motivate others to strive for similar recognition.

With sustainability in mind, we designed the pins to minimise waste and carbon emissions in production. ‘Love the pin’, ‘in 14 years with the Institute it has been a genuine delight’ and ‘great touch of class – bravo!’ are some warm words from our Fellows, while we look forward to continuing to distribute pins and a personalised message to members who reach the prestigious Fellow membership grade.
Are you a Fellow and didn’t receive a pin? Contact us and we’ll follow up. As a reminder, you can learn more about the different membership levels and routes to achieve post nominals here; if you want to progress to Certified membership using solely professional experience, consider taking our new Experiential Route to CIWFM. Additionally, taking part in a programme such as IWFM Mentoring can help you throughout your career journey, particularly if you seek to progress through the membership grades.
