IWFM is supporting a survey commissioned by the Chartered Bodies Collaborative (a consortium of regulatory and professional bodies) which explores issues relating to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
The survey contributes to a broader research project which supports IWFM’s ambition to foster improved EDI practices and better outcomes for all within our industry. Therefore, we’re asking for your help.
Please follow the link below to take part by the closing date of Friday 16 December. The survey lasts around 15 minutes.
Thank you for supporting this important work.
Further information
The Chartered Bodies Collaborative was formed in response to the economic challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, to help people get back into work and progress in their professions. As part of their equity, diversity and inclusion workstreams, the Collaborative has commissioned research to identify steps that can be taken individually or collectively to address barriers to progression across professions.
Delivery of this research has been contracted to The Young Foundation, an independent research agency. The survey asks about your personal characteristics, as well as a series of questions to understand your views and experiences regarding equity, diversity and inclusion issues and initiatives. At the end of the survey, there is an opportunity to opt-in to be invited to follow-up qualitative interviews and discussions.
