Rod Lennox joins IWFM’s Board as Co-Opted member

We are pleased to confirm that our Board has appointed the Chair of IWFM’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee, Rod Lennox, as a Co-Opted member.

Rod, whose day job is Director of human resources consultancy company Sterling Reward Management, joins the Board on account of his extensive experience in HR, which amounts to over 20 years in the industry.

Reacting to his appointment, Rod commented: ‘I am honoured to be joining the Board at such a challenging and exciting time. I am deeply passionate about the important role the Institute continues to play in setting the standards that have helped define this business-critical profession, and I look forward to contributing my experience and knowledge to benefit IWFM and its members.’

Co-Opted Board members are selected at the discretion of the Board based on their competency, expertise, and experience, and may be either an IWFM member or a professional from the wider industry.
