Today we’re delighted to launch the Market Outlook Survey 2025 to enable the workplace and facilities management (WFM) community to better understand key trends, embrace opportunities and overcome challenges through insightful, actionable data. 

It is through your input that the survey can serve as a vital tool for professionals and organisations across WFM. A collaborative effort, crafted with the influence of sector experts and dedicated members of our volunteer groups, we've sought to pose only the most relevant and impactful questions. 

This survey is aimed towards respondents with head offices in the UK. IWFM is exploring the best avenues to engage with research in our international Regions. We are working collaboratively with committee members to ensure that research undertaken in these Regions is fit for purpose and addresses the key points of interest for our international members.  

The Market Outlook Survey 2025 won’t take long to complete, and all responses are completely anonymised. The results are set to be published around Easter this year and this information will directly influence our policy agenda, transforming your feedback into actionable insights that will shape the future of the profession.
