Speak up, shape WFM: get ready for the 2025 Market Outlook Survey

Workplace and facilities management (WFM) is the engine that drives organisational efficiency, supports well-being and contributes to a sustainable future for all. To continue to enhance the sector, practitioners and organisations, we're thrilled to soon launch our 2025 Market Outlook Survey.  

A strategic initiative designed to gather the data needed to shape WFM’s future, we’re setting out to explore and act on the trends, challenges and opportunities ahead. Utilising diverse professional perspectives, the resulting Market Outlook Survey Report is intended to understand key changes within the market, optimise organisational strategies, measure the sector’s progress on key issues and much more.   

The 2025 edition delves into the core themes and granular details that matter most to WFM, crafted to extract real, actionable information. Building on the positive outcomes of previous surveys, we’ve continued to draw on expert input and our volunteer groups to ensure that each question we ask you matters. 

This survey is aimed towards respondents with head offices in the UK. IWFM is exploring the best avenues to engage with research in our International Regions. We are working collaboratively with committee members to ensure that research undertaken in these Regions is fit for purpose and addresses the key points of interest for our international members.
