As another year draws to a close, I wanted to thank you for your ongoing support to the Institute and for the work you do on a daily basis: 

• supporting businesses in delivering organisational performance  

• supporting the economy because without you, businesses could not operate

• supporting our society because you are the lynchpin critical function within any organisation in driving social value and the change we need to see.

In 2025 we will continue to strive to advance the profession and support you in your career.  Our work begins right away as we launch our annual Market Outlook Survey. 2025 will be the 25th edition of the IWFM Impact Awards which is the most dazzling, glitziest, sparkling, (think stardust) event where we showcase innovation and sheer brilliance.
