Jo's role at Sodexo is developing best practice Hard FM in the UK&I region. Responsible for promoting, programme managing and embedding best practice in maintenance and technical services.

She is a technical author of industry guidance including the last 2 updates for CIBSE Guide M and working with BSI supporting the development of FM standards. 

She is passionate about closing the gap between construction and operations, delivering best practice maintenance, and embracing technology to increase asset reliability and availability.
