Please join the IWFM Rising FMs SIG and IWFM London Region to discuss indoor air quality (IAQ) and ways to achieve cleaner healthier indoor air. There will be a tour of The Oval cricket ground followed by a presentation with an opportunity to ask questions plus networking and refreshments.

As we endeavour to encourage employees back into the office, one of the issues we need to consider is Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).

Reducing pathogens, improved filtration and quieter AC are all ways that the indoor environment can be improved. Improving IAQ is quite complex and in this presentation, we will discuss approaches and tools to enhance indoor air, including solutions such as needlepoint bipolar ionization (Soft Ionisation) and see how this cost-effective technology can be applied in a real-world environment, whether for retrofit or new builds.

We will also discuss how soft ionization impacts pathogens in the occupied space and how to improve the filtration efficiency as part of a multi-layered approach.
