The IWFMs Annual General Meeting provides members with the opportunity to engage with the Board and exercise their vote to contribute to the future direction of the Institute.

This year, we plan to hold our AGM as a hybrid event, where you will have the opportunity to attend either virtually or in person.

Voting

Prior to the AGM, you will be sent a registration link by UK Engage our independent scrutineers to access the voting platform, therefore please ensure that whether you are attending in person or online, you have access to a smart phone or device that connects to the internet, without this you will not be able to vote.

Notice of filming and photography

The AGM event will be recorded and photographed by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM).

Please be aware that by entering the event premises you are agreeing to photography, audio and video recording, interview(s) and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, use on websites, social media or any other purpose by IWFM and its affiliates and representatives
