Key expertise in Human Resources, business development through innovation and strategic leadership and managing change through contract harmonisations, team engagement and change methodologies.  Educated to master’s degree level in Business Administration and Human Resources, I have a sound knowledge of HR legislation, business management and corporate social responsibility, there use within Facilities Management and the importance of the strategic management and development of employees within an organisation.

Adam Drewery

I have been working in recruitment now for over 20 years, working predominantly in the FM and FE education sectors, as well as welfare to work recruitment with large private sector contracts. I have worked nationally having been based in London and now in Bristol and have been fortunate enough to work and lead large teams covering temp, perm and interim markets across the whole of the UK with responsibility for team budgets in excess of £1.3 million and the career progression of junior consultants through to senior managers In my current role as manager of the FM team at Insight Executive Group, I oversee our permanent recruitment team into the FM Service Provider market across the UK. Focussing on mid-to-senior appointments, we are proud partners with all the major national and international service providers who trust our team to deliver the very best candidates in an increasingly competitive market.

Matthew Tait CIWFM

IFM Operations Manager, Sodexo

Matthew is a proven successful leader in estates and property management that has had a strong, customer centric approach throughout his career. A solid career history gained across manufacturing and service provider environments.  His communication style is to take multiple parties and stakeholders on a journey and get the best outcomes. A visionary people leader that is experienced in building multi-skilled hard and soft FM teams and mentoring them to be their best selves.  In addition to being a strong communicator Matt can keep facility’s operating costs to a minimum while striving to meet and exceed a standard of excellence in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability in managing multimillion pound on-site projects, technical subject matter expert. Proficient at developing Utility contract specifications including environmental assets, evaluating project risks, and legislative guidance. He is CIWFM status and contributes a lot to the FM industry.

Claire Ward

UKI Chief Innovation Officer, SPS

Claire Ward is the UKI Chief Innovation Officer at SPS, a global outsourcing company that provides critical business services to Google, Meta, Amazon, AMEX, the British Government, NHS, Sainsbury’s, M&S, and many other well-known global organisations and financial institutions.

She leads several functions at SPS in the UK, including marketing, bid management, solution design, technical innovation, and our off-site document transformation centres in Royal Wootton Bassett and East London.

Before joining the UKI leadership team at SPS, Claire held several senior positions in start-ups, scale-ups, and large PLCs, including technology businesses, healthcare service providers, and international publishing.

She specialises in creating value through transformational change and innovation, and she is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. At SPS, she is the executive sponsor of the women’s network, SWAN.

Claire lives in Hackney with her husband Matt and their nine-year-old son, Oscar. She is naturally curious and always eager to learn new things!

Hannah Williams Skinner

Working Life Manager, Moneypenny

Hannah hit the ground running when she joined Moneypenny during the pandemic as Working Life Manager – and she hasn’t slowed down yet! With 10 years’ experience working within the hospitality and retail sectors in London as a People & Training Manager, she is a true and well-established people person. Her role sees Hannah working with her own team, as well as other departments in the business, to provide HR support and advice for everyone who works for us at Moneypenny, covering all elements of the employee lifecycle. By liaising with key stakeholders and taking the time and care to build strong relationships with them, Hannah finds effective solutions to the team’s concerns and ensures every person and situation is treated with empathy and dignity. As a well-known, friendly face around the office, Hannah is the go-to person for all of our people, continuously championing the wellbeing of our teams and encouraging open conversations on mental health to help break the stigma.
