The IWFMs Annual General Meeting provides members with the opportunity to engage with the Board and exercise their vote to contribute to the future direction of the Institute.

Virtual Attendance and Voting

Prior to the AGM, you will be sent a registration link by UK Engage our independent scrutineers to access the voting platform and webinar, therefore please ensure you have access to a smart phone or device that connects to the internet, without this you will not be able to vote or join us online.

Prior to the AGM, you will receive a link by UK Engage, to join the AGM virtually. If you have not received this link by 22nd July, please contact [email protected]

Notice of filming and photography

The AGM event will be recorded by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM).

Please be aware that by accepting the terms and conditions of the zoom meeting that you are agreeing to audio and video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, use on websites, social media or any other purpose by IWFM and its affiliates and representatives.
