Louisa Clarke

Director, One Feather Coaching

Louisa, a distinguished leader with a remarkable career spanning both military and civilian sectors, brings a decade of dedicated service in the Royal Air Force and over seventeen years as a Managing Director in Facilities Management (FM). She now serves as an Executive and Leadership Coach.

Her remarkable achievements include being honoured as the Ex-Forces Business Leader of the Year and recognised as one of the Top 50 Workplace Leaders. Notably, she was a finalist in the English Veteran Awards, Role Model of the Year category, further underlining her unwavering commitment to veterans' causes.

Louisa proudly serves as a valuable member of the prestigious Veterans Advisory Board to the Government, where she actively shapes policies and initiatives that support veterans. Her commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond her professional life, evident in her volunteer work as an Ambassador and Non-Executive Director (NED).

Mark Rogerson

Chair, Pareto

Mark is a proud military veteran and supporter of our armed forces and emergency services, and his illustrious career spans over 35 years, marked by his distinguished military service and extensive management and operational expertise. With a profound background in business services both in the UK and internationally, he has assumed pivotal roles such as CEO of Speedy Hire PLC, Corporate Development Officer at Costain PLC, and Group Operational Efficiency Director with Serco Group PLC. Notably, Mark is a Member of the British Empire (MBE) and boasts an impressive academic foundation, holding an MBA and an MA in Defence and Strategic Studies from Kings College London. 

Since retiring from the military in 2002, Mark has also held various senior roles for Facilities Management organisations and now works in private equity, having owned Bellrock, Pareto, and a host of other FM and non-FM organisations.

Renowned as one of the UK's foremost mid-market PE-backed Software, Technology, and Business Services Chairs, Mark Rogerson has consistently demonstrated his exceptional prowess in building and guiding complex businesses, while also delivering substantial value to shareholders. His leadership extends to his roles on numerous boards, where he has held 9 positions as either Executive Chair or Chair. Under his guidance, these boards have collectively achieved an outstanding accumulated Enterprise Value accretion of over £1 billion across the portfolio, showcasing his unwavering dedication to fostering growth and success.

Alistair Scott

Founder & Operations Director, Integrated Estates Management

Alistair is a certified mechanical, electrical and electronic engineer and has more than 25 years’ experience in technical engineering and senior facilities management roles.

He started his career in the British Army within the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers (REME) serving for 14 years, joining as a junior soldier before leaving as Captain. He qualified as an aircraft technician in the military, ultimately achieving the position of Engineering Officer, whilst serving across many branches of the military throughout his career.

Following his time in the Army, Alistair worked in the FM industry globally, holding numerous board positions, including Gatwick Airport, BAA, Liquid Capital and AkzoNobel (ICI) and Cloudfm.

Frustrated at the un-necessarily complex nature of the industry and Alistair’s passion to make a difference, IEM was founded.

Alistair continues his relentless service to the military as an ambassador for Care after Combat and one of the founding members of the IWFM Veteran’s in Facilities Professional Network.

Mark Sutcliffe

CEO of Facilities Services, Lorne Stewart Group

Mark has responsibility for leading the Facilities Management (FM) services team delivering to a wide range of clients across Local Government, Rail, Education and health sectors as well as commercial, manufacturing and leisure clients within the private sector. 

Mark served as a Warfare Officer in the Royal Navy from 1992 – 2001. During his Naval Career, he served in numerous ship appointments on aircraft carriers, frigates and minehunters and saw active operations in the Adriatic and Sierra Leone. After leaving the Royal Navy, Mark joined the FM industry where he provided FM and property operations across traditional contracts and PFIs, in both public and private sectors. Mark has had a varied career in FM and held many different positions, including working in operations for several service providers (large and small), and within business development. Mark has also worked in a client-side leadership role.  

Since leaving the military, Mark has been passionate about supporting the armed forces family including assisting veterans and military partners into work as well as supporting military charities such as Combat Stress. He firmly believes that FM is a great career for veterans and wants to make the FM market more accessible to veterans. Mark previously held the role of Head of the KBR Armed Forces Network, which saw success being awarded a Gold Covenant Award. He is now taking Lorne Stewart along the Armed Forces Covenant journey, having just signed the AFC and already been awarded Bronze Employer Recognition Status. 

Mark lives in West Sussex with his wife Claire and two children.

Garrath is a veteran who served for 17 years in the British and Australian Army and is now the Director of Veteran Engagement & Development at JobOppo.  Garrath is dedicated to supporting Veterans and connecting good people with good organisations.
